I understand that in the course of my participation in the The Nordic-US AI Leadership Summit at New York, One Manhattan West, Corp, on 4/14/2026 (the “Event”), I (the undersigned) may be sharing personal data that will be used by Accenture, our event providers and/or vendors to enroll you and administer the Event and understand that this consent may also include post-Event communications including sharing of relevant materials. I consent to Accenture processing my personal data (including sensitive data e.g. re. dietary requirements/special needs, (and photo and video during events where Accenture will be filming)) in accordance with Accenture’s Global Data Privacy Statement and Accenture's Privacy Statement.  

By participating in this Event, I understand that I am attending an event in which Accenture will be utilizing various forms of media to capture event activities, such as recording, photographing, filming or other media channels used by Accenture, and, as such, my image may be processed by such media during my Event participation. We want all attendees to be able to participate in the activities. Accenture cannot guarantee that attendees’ images will not be captured during the event, but by letting attendees know that filming and photography will be taking place, those who do not wish their likeness to be captured can avoid filming areas or follow the related instructions of local staff if relevant processes are in place.

In connection with my voluntary involvement in this event, I do agree to release and discharge Accenture from all claims, demands and actions for injuries sustained to my person, and/or property as a result of my involvement in this Event, whether or not resulting from negligence or gross negligence, and I agree to release Accenture and hold it harmless from any cause or action, claim or suit arising therefrom. I attest that my involvement in this Event is voluntary and that participation may involve a risk of accidents, or bodily injury.  I have decided to assume these additional risks on my own and free discretion.  I attest that I am physically fit and prepared for this event.

Lastly, I understand that my presence at Accenture’s office may provide me access to information (in any form) that relates to other parties’ confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”).  Any information that I access or is made available to me that would reasonably be considered to be Confidential Information must be protected in the same manner that it protects its own similar confidential information, but in no event using less than a reasonable standard of care.  Absent express written consent of Accenture or a lawful order of an applicable governmental authority, Confidential Information may not be disclosed for any reason.
