A member of Ericsson’s Group Executive Team since 2016, he has held senior roles across strategy, technology, sales, and customer operations, with decades of experience driving global network innovation and business growth.

Ray is an associate director and resident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center, researching the intersection of geopolitical and security trends in relation to emerging technologies. 

She previously led technology policy projects at India’s Observer Research Foundation and chaired its flagship technology conference, CyFy. Her work has been published widely and featured in media outlets including BBC, Nikkei Asia, Financial Times, and Voice of America.

Charles Myers leads Signum Global Advisors, an independent firm providing strategic advice at the intersection of global policy and financial markets. 

He brings over 26 years of U.S. political experience, having advised candidates including Hillary Clinton (2016) and Joe Biden (2020). He leverages deep expertise in U.S. foreign policy to help clients navigate complex policy developments and global market shifts.

Myers also has 30 years of banking and financial market experience, previously serving as Vice Chairman of Evercore.

As Global Chief Economist at Citi Group, Dr. Sheets leads the firm’s global economics team, overseeing research on international markets and financial systems. Citi’s research platform leverages deep policy expertise to provide strategic insights and guidance for investors worldwide. 

He previously served as Under Secretary for International Affairs at the U.S. Treasury, representing the U.S. government on global economic policy, and spent 18 years at the Federal Reserve Board including as Director of International Finance and economist to the Federal Open Market Committee.

He previously co-founded Burt, a startup studio focused on data intelligence for marketing, advertising, and media, which launched multiple products used by global leaders such as Yahoo and The New York Times.

Sara Landfors leads Normain, an emerging AI platform that empowers non‑technical business users to automate document workflows and generate structured insights using Extractional AI.

She co‑founded Normain in 2024 to make advanced AI accessible to domain experts, drawing on her experience building data science applications at Boston Consulting Group and BCG X and her early role at Validio.

Normain has been featured in European startup competitions and is recognized as a leading Nordic AI innovator.

She holds an engineering degree from Stanford University.

Dr. Kyle Kretschman founded and leads the Personalization Economics team at Spotify, where he integrates economic theory with machine learning to advance recommendation systems and promotional strategy.

His work leverages advanced AI to transform user data into personalized experiences and optimized business outcomes at scale.

Previously, Dr. Kretschman built the Economic Trends & Insights team at Amazon, pioneering ML-driven forecasting and demand attribution systems.

Erik Brattberg leads Brzezinski Global Strategies, a Washington-based advisory firm focused on Central and Northern Europe.

Since co-founding the firm in 2025 with former U.S. Ambassador Mark Brzezinski, he has focused on U.S. policy toward the EU and NATO, specializing in European relations with China and Russia.

His work leverages deep geopolitical expertise to provide strategic guidance on EU digital and technology policy.

Previously, Erik held senior roles at the Carnegie Endowment and Albright Stonebridge Group.

Jeff Chen is Head of AI at Combient, where he leads the Combient AI Center with the mission of strengthening the network’s collective ability to build, adopt, and lead with modern AI. His work focuses on turning AI from an abstract promise into systems organizations can control, deploy, and rely on.

Previously, Jeff has built and deployed applied intelligence across domains, including energy systems (Aira), climate resilience (NASA, the Obama White House), macroeconomics (U.S. Department of Commerce), international development (United Nations), professional sports (DC United), streaming media (Viaplay), and emergency response (New York City Fire Department).

He is a former educator at Georgetown University and co-author of Data Science for Public Policy (Springer Nature).

Peter Fellman is Editor-in-Chief of Dagens Industri and Business Manager for Bonnier News Business, where he is responsible for the group’s Swedish and international business media. The business area includes Dagens Industri as well as an international portfolio of business newspapers and information services across 13 European markets.

Fellman has served as Editor-in-Chief of Dagens Industri in two periods, first from 2009 to 2015 and again since 2018. Between these roles, he was the publication’s U.S.-based foreign correspondent from 2015 to 2018.

Eric co-leads AI and Intel R&D at Strider, designing and deploying advanced AI systems at the intersection of emerging technology, geopolitical analysis, and open-source intelligence. He is an original founding member of Strider.

Before joining Strider, Eric served as a Ranger-qualified U.S. Army infantry officer with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, where he founded the Brigade's Innovation Team and led the integration of UAS systems, kill-chain doctrine, and tactical networks.

At Validio, Patrik Liu Tran leads the mission to eliminate bad data for enterprises. Today, Validio's agentic data management platform helps Fortune 500 enterprises achieve full trust in their business-critical data.

Under Patrik's leadership, Validio has achieved 800% ARR growth over the last 12 months and raised $47M in total funding, with backing from Plural, Lakestar, and a group of world-class operators and angels.

Patrik holds a PhD and M.Sc from Stockholm School of Economics and an M.Sc in Machine Learning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Sandy Sandhu leads Data and AI Strategy for the Nordics at Accenture, where she works with large organisations to define and scale AI in complex, regulated environments, from enterprise strategy through to execution.

Rickard is an experienced executive leader with deep technology expertise and a strong passion for driving business value through transformation. With a career spanning Fortune 500 tech companies and startups, he has a proven track record of delivering substantial improvements in business outcomes and customer experience.

At Ericsson, Rickard founded and led a unit responsible for group strategy, capabilities, and execution, leveraging data, automation, and AI. He scaled an AI-led enterprise transformation that generated substantial business value. 

Rickard currently leads the Swedish AI & Data team at Accenture, helping Nordic and global organizations unlock the full potential of end-to-end enterprise AI reinvention. He was recognized as a Leader in the 2023 Gartner® Hyperautomation 100 Club™ and is a respected thought leader who regularly shares insights through publications and speaking engagements at conferences worldwide.

VP OF GenAI GTM, DATABRICKS

Barry Dauber runs global GenAI GTM at Databricks, coming over in 2023 as part of the MosaicML acquisition.

Barry leads AI adoption at Databricks, helping customers and partners utilize its suite of products to build agentic systems that leverage their governed deterministic data to drive business value. At MosaicML, Barry was responsible for Sales/GTM and grew the business from no product with zero customers to many in less than a year, contributing to the $1.3B acquisition. Prior to Mosaic, Barry was the first head of GTM at Primer AI, a leading NLP startup. He also held various leadership roles at Cloudera and Topsy Labs (acquired by Apple in 2013).  He started his career in management consulting at Deloitte, where he focused on large business transformations. 

Barry graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and Government.
